As the Group Head of Human Resources at Sri Sri Holistic Hospitals, Mr. Akshay Gathia brings over two decades of extensive expertise in Human Resources Management. Having completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from XLRI- Jamshedpur, along with certifications in Leadership Architecture/VOICES 360 from Korn Ferry, Paris and as a Certified PPA Practitioner- Personal Profile Analysis from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd., Mr. Gathia is well-equipped to steer our HR strategies in line with international standards. His commitment to advancing Healthcare excellence is exemplified by his diverse background, including leading international projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and streamlining HR processes. His leadership roles in various organizations demonstrate significant contributions to HR policy-making, strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Mr. Mukund Agarwal

Possessing a robust background in Finance & Accounting, Mr. Agarwal holds notable qualifications, including Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the prestigious Certificate of Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounts from Calcutta University. With over a decade of wide-ranging experience and knowledge, Mr. Agarwal has demonstrated financial acumen in various national and global roles, including a key position in the Cayman Islands, where he directed his previous organization through financial and strategic decision-making. Mr. Agarwal’s expertise contributes significantly to fostering financial success and strategic growth at SSHH.
Dr. Naveen R Nimmala
Group Head Emergency Medicine and Academics
Dr. Nimmala is a highly qualified and experienced professional, having earned his medical degree from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal in 2004. He holds prestigious memberships with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK (MRCEM in 2015) and the Society for Emergency Medicine, India (2015). Additionally, he possesses a diploma in Emergency Medicine from the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK.
Before joining SSHH, Dr. Nimmala served as Incharge/Senior Consultant at Yashoda Hospitals Hitec, he played a pivotal role as a Consultant and Unit Head of the Emergency Medicine Department at Medicover Hospitals. His early professional journey includes a residency at Apollo Hospitals.
