Observership and Internship opportunities at Hyderbad for Medicos

An observership program helps you orient yourself to the conditions you would soon encounter and will be expected to handle them all by yourself efficiently. One cannot gain that efficiency without exposure, and it is best learnt by observing an expert performing in person. At Sri Sri holistic hospitals, we want to help you get acquainted to core healthcare and be a part of your journey to excellence.

What to look for when choosing an institute

You might find a number of institutes offering such opportunities. Your time is precious and utilize it better by choosing an institute that reflects the healthcare in your locality.

  • Case load – Don’t look for a place that has less case load and gives you a lot of free time. You learn better only when you work hard at a younger age. Relaxed student period will make you an incompetent doctor.
  • Diversity – A single specialty workplace is not ideal as it corners you to a limited spectrum of diseases and patients. You need to find a place that sees a huge load of cases with different complaints that require a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Expertise – Senior most faculty have great deal of knowledge but lack time. A fresh specialist has a lot of time to spare to teach you but may not have similar knowledge as the senior. You need both of them to gain the skillset.
  • Helpfulness – The specialist should be interested in teaching. A great doctor need not be a great teacher. Find someone who’s willing to share their knowledge.
  • Organized – The institute should have a structured program for such aspirants looking to observe medical practice. We have created plans that cater your interest, and they will be tailormade based on the time you are willing to dedicate for such learning. We expect a minimum of 1 month commitment.
